Christian came to Jackson Hole 17 years ago with a vision. Using real estate sales, development, and rehab of retail commercial properties to assist with his education, he realized early in life that this was his calling. Amy Andersen, Owner/Operations Manager
Amy came to Jackson Hole 25 years ago and began buying residential and commercial real estate. She worked at several public establishments including guiding river raft tours and rock climbing. Amy thoroughly enjoys the JH outdoor sports and working with the public. Real estate investments allowed Amy to seek a second college degree and explore business options but she always came back to her passion; real estate. It was with Christian that she realized that owning a company and creating small developments that serve the immediate community can be challenging and rewarding. Amy currently oversees leases to retail commercial tenants, maintenance of her residential and commercial properties, marketing, and management of the realtors and office staff at Coldwell Banker Previews Int’l Jackson Hole. Lisa daCosta
After twenty years of investment research and management and small business consulting, Lisa decided to apply her business background to real estate. A full-time resident of Teton County for the last 16 years, Lisa participates in local community service groups and nonprofits and presently serves on an appointed town government board.

Ila Rogers
Ila Rogers has been apart of the Jackson Hole real estate community since 1980. With her long history in real estate she can show a Buyer all the options available. Then help that Buyer through the paper work needed to bring their deal to a close. Also her expertise in helping a Seller to prepare their property for sale and provide them with all the current information to price their property is a specialty. Ila works with Buyers and Seller in Jackson Hole, Teton Valley, Idaho and Star Valley and has participated in a number of ranch sales around the area.

Stefan Fodor - Attorney
Stefan is Head of the Board of the Jackson Hole Animal Adoption Center. Stefan provides pro bono legal work to AAC.
Stefan handles a wide range of real estate development related work including negotiating purchase and sale agreements for buyers and sellers, obtaining entitlements through the Teton County planning and development process, negotiating access easements, conservation easements and encroachments as well as handling construction related matters such as negotiating contracts with architects and contractors for both commercial and residential projects. In addition, Stefan represents both landlords and tenants in the commercial and residential setting as well as advising local homeowners’ associations.
